6.35 ounces of angus beef tips sauteed with slices of tomato, onion, and serrano pepper, bathed in a smooth arriera sauce, accompanied with red chilaquiles and refried beans. Enjoy the real flavor of Mexican country food in a great display of colors. Puntas beef is a tender piece at the end of a nicely cut fillet. These beef puntas are cooked with oil, garlic, and the juice of fresh vegetables which makes them really tasty. We cover the meat with watery arriera sauce and place the cheese-garnished chilaquiles on the side to close the circle. Treat yourself to this wonderful, abundant dish and be amazed…
Fun Fact: Cilantro is a key ingredient in most salsas and guacamole, in Mexico, it is also used to decorate enchiladas, fish, and it definitely goes in your tacos. In other places of the world people use the dried seeds or leaves from the cilantro plant as a spice, but here in Mexico we use it only when it is fresh, and we don’t use the seeds.
