Fun Fact: Stuffed peppers is a popular dish in Mexico, but it is also a common dish in many cuisines of the world, especially in Spain and countries of the Mediterranean basin. Chiles rellenos and chiles en nogada are two classic recipes in our culture, but unlike other countries where they use pimientos to stuff, we prefer to use chiles poblanos which are a little hotter and have a thinner skin.
