Hereinafter referred to as "RESTAURANT." These Terms and Conditions apply to our CLIENTS who place orders for home delivery or pick-up at the branch. Hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT."

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE OUR HOME DELIVERY OR PICK-UP SERVICE, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "ORDER SERVICE." BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE ORDER SERVICE, THE CLIENT ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.**

Subject to applicable legal regulations, the RESTAURANT may, at its sole discretion, modify or change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and in any manner. We recommend reading these Terms and Conditions carefully each time you place an order online or through our contact center.

These Terms and Conditions describe the general terms and conditions for placing orders between the RESTAURANT and the CLIENT, as well as the various rights and obligations of the parties.

The application, website, and different online ordering technologies are owned and operated by the license agreement holder concerning the use of the application for online ordering. Notwithstanding the general nature of the Terms and Conditions described below and to avoid any doubt, the CLIENT must also comply with the license agreement to use the application for online ordering.

The RESTAURANT will make every effort to ensure that the information regarding online orders is correct and secure. However, errors may sometimes occur. The CLIENT must take appropriate measures to verify all information related to online orders before using them. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the RESTAURANT disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning any aspect related to online orders, including, but not limited to, the availability of the application, website, or contact center for the ORDER SERVICE.

The RESTAURANT may review the information related to the ORDER SERVICE at any time and reserves the right to make such changes without the obligation to notify past, present, or future CLIENTS. Under no circumstances shall the RESTAURANT be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any information contained herein and/or related to the ORDER SERVICE process.

By using the ORDER SERVICE, the CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that using the application, website, and/or the ORDER SERVICE is at their own risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall the RESTAURANT be liable for any damage, loss, cost, or direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive expenses, nor for loss of profits, resulting from the use or inability to use this ORDER SERVICE and/or any application and/or material on any site linked to this ORDER SERVICE (including, but not limited to, viruses or other errors, defects, or malfunction of computer transmissions or network communications), even if the RESTAURANT has been advised of the possibility of such issues. Furthermore, the RESTAURANT does not accept any liability for changes to the website or ORDER SERVICE application content made by unauthorized third parties. All express or implied representations or warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The ORDER SERVICE on its application or website may include content, information, or links to third parties or third-party websites. The RESTAURANT is not responsible for the content of such websites or for the content of any third-party promotions or sponsorships nor for compliance with such regulations. Accessing links is at the user's own risk, and the RESTAURANT is not responsible nor guarantees the content, integrity, or accuracy of these links or web pages referencing this online ordering application. The CLIENT agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the RESTAURANT from any liability resulting from the CLIENT's use of third-party information or the use of any third-party website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all information related to the ORDER SERVICE (including, but not limited to, images, buttons, and text) is owned by and/or available with the permission of the license agreement holder regarding the ORDER SERVICE use and has usage rights over them. It may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without prior written consent.

The content related to specific products (e.g., food), the layout and appearance of texts on the ORDER SERVICE, the trademarks, and any other content are owned and protected in accordance with applicable legal regulations and may not be used in any way without the express written consent of the RESTAURANT. The CLIENT does not acquire any license or right concerning information related to online ordering and/or the application.

If you decide to place an online order through the ORDER SERVICE, you must provide complete contact details and/or create an account, and you may be required to accept cookies. You must keep your data confidential and not disclose it to anyone. The RESTAURANT reserves the right to suspend the use of the ORDER SERVICE and/or the online ordering process if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

The CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that all orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the products and/or services mentioned at the agreed online prices, and the RESTAURANT considers this a firm offer to purchase such products and services. Any modifications must be made in writing; otherwise, they will not be binding on either party.

The acceptance of any order for any products and/or services is entirely at the discretion of the RESTAURANT. Acceptance of an order by the RESTAURANT may occur when you receive an on-screen message and/or an email notification and/or an order confirmation message.

The RESTAURANT reserves the right to refuse any service, suspend access to the ORDER SERVICE and/or the online ordering process, remove or edit any content, or accept orders at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

The RESTAURANT's ORDER SERVICE should only be used by persons over 18 years of age or the minimum legal age permitted by law or otherwise under the supervision of an adult or guardian.
