Filled with shredded chicken, tomato, corn kernels, and bathed with a homemade black mole sauce. It’s topped with pickled onion, white sesame seeds, and accompanied with black beans and guacamole. This extraordinary omelette has been a bestseller from day one, perhaps because it contains exotic and spicy elements. Mole is very traditional in Mexico, and it has been on our menu for centuries. You can only understand or explain mole when you eat it, when you taste that fusion of corn flour, chili peppers, garlic, and numerous spices.
Besides the great flavor, the Chicken and Mole Omelette comes loaded with natural protein. We use only prime chicken breast and fresh eggs brought from local farms to prepare this meal. And the reason we decided to add guacamole and black beans to the set up, was because we wanted it to include top ingredients from the Mexican cuisine.
Mole is a special thick sauce with a gravy-like consistency, it is rather sweet and kind of spicy. Ready to try it?
Fun Fact: Sesame seeds are some of the oldest crops to have been domesticated by humans, their domestication can be traced back at least 3000 years. They are rich in calcium and thiamine (B1).
